Eating Healthy

OKAY BLOG FRIENDS.  I NEED SOME HEALTHY EATING TIPS.

IT'S TIME FOR ME TO START EATING HEALTHIER.  

THIS IS NOT GOING TO BE EASY.... JUST ASK MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.  

I LOVE JUNK FOOD.  CHOCOLATE. SODA. CHICK-FIL-A. MC DONALDS. WENDYS.  PRETTY MUCH ANYTHING FRIED.  

I HAVE FINALLY REALIZED THAT THIS IS PROBABLY NOT TOO GOOD FOR ME.  WHILE IT TASTES AMAZING (YES, I THINK FAST FOOD TASTES AMAZING), I HAVE A FEELING ITS PROBABLY NOT VERY GOOD FOR LONG-TERM HEALTH.

SO NOW I AM ASKING YALL TO HELP A SISTA OUT AND GIVE ME SOME TASTY RECIPES THAT ARE, DARE I SAY, HEALTHY!

THESE ARE TWO THAT I HAVE STARTED EATING AND ACTUALLY ENJOY, THANK GOODNESS!
