Haystack Mountain Goat Dairy

For all of the cheese lovers out there - it's time to class it up and jump on the artisanal goat cheese train.  I have not tried a single HM goat cheese that I didn't love.  Look out for them next time you're at the grocery store or email John Scaggs at Haystack to have it shipped to you!

One happy goat:) All of the goat milk for HM's cheese is sourced from the Skyline Correctional Center goat dairy, located in Cañon City, CO.  "Provides inmates with valuable occupational and life skills" - very cool.

Mac 'n' (goat) cheese.  Applewood smoked (above) + whole wheat pasta + prosciutto.



Snowdrop - my favorite. YUM.

Painting Marathon

Last Saturday, Pat and I helped out at our friend's painting marathon raising money and awareness for sex trafficking in Cambodia.  I painted (and chased after Zeus) and Pat and Mike played music.

Each group comes in and adds more details/layers to each of the paintings
